AI Builder Add-on ($500 per month) license gives 1,000,000 credits.
- At 32 credits per page, it can scan 32,500 pages
Power Automate Premium ($15ish per month) gives you 5000 credits.
- At 32 credits per page, it can scan 156 pages
Instead of buying AI Builder ($500), you can buy multiple Power Automate Premium ($15) licenses instead. You only need one license to run Invoice Capture; however, the extra license can remain unused OR can be assigned to other users for different purposes in your company. The important thing is that it gives us an extra 5000 AI credit per license.
Below, you can buy 10 licenses (for $150 instead of $500) which gives 50,000 credits or 1563 pages.

Please determine (approximately) how many total invoices you receive per month for each company. Then multiply this by 2 because invoices often have multiple pages.
