Provisioning OneDrive for Business

The Invoice Capture service account has the Office 365 E1/E3/E5 license, which gives it access to Outlook, Dataverse, OneDrive for Business, and many other features. However, the OneDrive for Business storage is not created, or provisioned, until the first time the user browses to OneDrive.

You must create the OneDrive for Business storage before you can use Invoice Capture. You only need to do this one time.

1. Open a new tab in Chrome or Edge. Go to office.com and click on Products > OneDrive.
   

2. Sign in with the service account you created. It might look something like this: svc_invoicecapture@mycompany.com.
   

The OneDrive for Business space has been officially allocated for the service account.
