Using Mekorma Invoice Capture

After you’ve installed and set up Invoice Capture, you are ready to use it.

First you need to get your vendors to email invoices, and then you can use the Invoice Capture Validation window to complete the following tasks:

• Review the invoice data

• Choose a vendor

• Handle the attachments

• Create a GP voucher

• Process multiple invoices

*Invoice attachments larger than 2 MB might not be able to be attached to invoices through Mekorma Invoice Capture. Attach the invoice manually in the Payables Transaction Entry window or the Purchasing Invoice Entry window.
