AP Folder Monitoring Workflow

The AP Folder Monitoring workflow will monitor the project file folder for files saved by AP Mailbox Monitoring. This workflow leverages artificial intelligence to recognize the document fields and extract these, then submit and store them in a Microsoft Dynamics GP table, leveraging eConnect. A step within the workflow will notify AP clerks that they have invoices in Dynamics GP for review.
