- Only a single Microsoft Power Automate “per user” license is needed to run the Mekorma Invoice Capture flow in a single or multi-company Microsoft Dynamics GP scenario, regardless of the number of users you have.
- If you have multiple companies which run different Power Platform environments for each company, and you are going to deploy Invoice Capture in each environment, you must acquire a Power Automate “per user” license for each environment.
- Even if your company runs a single Power Platform environment to support multiple AP departments (i.e. shared services), we recommend deploying an Invoice Capture solution for each department so that each department use its own domain name email address. Please contact our Professional Services team for further assistance. One Microsoft AI Builder license may be shared and assigned to each Power Platform environment.
- Note that you will not need a license for each user in your AP department, but rather an individual license for the entire department. We recommend assigning the license to an account associated to the email account for your AP department.
