Your IT department needs to make some decisions before we can proceed:

  • Determine your Microsoft licensing requirements for Microsoft Power Platform and AI Builder.
  • Purchase required licenses.
  • Specify what email address you will use for receiving invoices.
  • If your users want to be notified about incoming emails, specify who you will notify for each company.

The Mekorma Invoice Capture setup screen is available on the Mekorma Area Page under Setup > System > Invoice Capture Setup. It allows you to setup an email address used to monitor the system, the addresses your vendors should use to email invoices, and individuals to be notified when the system gets new invoices:

Your Mekorma implementer will walk you through the considerations for setting up your Power Automate environments and coordinating them with your email setups. These setups will depend a lot on whether you have one or many companies and whether you have independent AP departments or shared services environments.
