Using Mekorma Invoice Capture

After you’ve installed and set up up Invoice Capture, you are ready to use it.

First you need to get your vendors to email invoices, and then you can use the Invoice Capture Validation window to complete the following tasks:

• Review the invoice data

• Choose a vendor

• Handle the attachments

• Create a GP voucher

• Process multiple invoices
