Authorize Payroll Batches

If Task-based batch authorization has been configured for Payroll, a Mekorma Authorizer(s) must be designated to Build, Calculate and Print Payroll Checks. No one will be able to do this task unless they have been assigned the Batch Authorizer Task ID.
