Importing the Power Approvals Solution into Your Power Apps Environment

The Power Approvals solution package needs to be imported into the Power Apps cloud.

Import the Power Apps Solution Package

Use the following instructions to import the Mekorma Power Approvals solution.

1. Open your browser in private mode, go to the Power Apps website, and log in with the service account. It might look something like this: svc_powerapprovals@mycompany.com

2. Make sure that you are in the right environment. The name is on the purple bar at the top middle-right.
   

3. Click Solutions and then click Import solution.
   

4. Browse to select the Power Approvals solution zip file and click Next.
   

5. In the Import a solution panel, click Next.
   

6. Importing the package will take a few minutes. Do not navigate away from this page during the process.

7. The solution will establish connections. Services with a green check mark are ready to go. Click Next.
   
   If there are services with a red exclamation point, click the ellipsis to select the correct connection. NOTE: If you do not have a SQL Server connection already created, you can create the SQL Server connection using the ellipsis, but then you must click the back arrow and then click Next to reload connections.
   

8. Enter the version of Mekorma that you are using. Click Import.
   
   
   
9. Importing the package will take a few minutes. Do not navigate away from this page during the process. A progress indicator will be displayed at the top of the window.
   

10. The progress indicator will indicate when the solution is fully imported.
    

Turn On the Flow

By default, the flow is turned off. Follow the instructions below to turn it on.

1. Click the Display Name for the solution.
   

2. Locate the Cloud Flow and click on the ellipsis (…). If the Flow is off, select Turn On. Wait a few seconds for it to finish. If the flow is already on, there is nothing to do.
   

3. The flow is now turned on and ready to use.
