Microsoft offers a simple way for both new and existing customers to acquire Power Apps. In the Power Apps Pricing portal, determine the type of license you would like to purchase.
From here you can choose to purchase the Power Apps per app plan or the Power Apps per user plan. Follow the instructions based on which plan you wish to purchase.
