Setting up Approver Users in Microsoft Dynamics GP

To set up approvers in Dynamics GP, follow the instructions provided in Part 2: User Setup, Chapter 5, “User records” of the Dynamics GP System Setup manual, available with your Dynamics GP installation.

*Payment approvers can be set up as full or limited users within Dynamics GP. PowerApprovals does not interfere with your Dynamics GP concurrent licensing. You can set up as many approvers as needed without having to acquire additional Dynamics GP licenses.
