Before You Upgrade PowerApprovals

Prerequisites

• Ensure your on-premises data gateway is running and connected to Azure Service Bus.
• Determine which build of Mekorma Payment Hub you are using. This will dictate the build of PowerApprovals that you will need.

Determining your Mekorma Payment Hub build

If you are unsure of which build of Mekorma Payment Hub you are using:

1. In Dynamics GP, open the About window.
2. Select Mekorma Products Manager from the Additional Menu.
   
   

3. In the About Mekorma Products Manager window, the build number is visible as the left-most number in the second column of numbers (as highlighted below).
   

Downloading PowerApprovals

1. Download the build of PowerApprovals that corresponds to your Payment Hub build number. PowerApprovals functionality is build-specific unless otherwise noted in our product release notes.
2. Download the latest PowerApprovals package by click the Download PowerApprovals link on the Product Downloads page of our website.
   

3. If you need a past release, visit our Build Archive, located at the bottom of the Product Downloads page.

*If you have several Power Apps environments, please ensure you select the correct environment prior to initiating the import steps.
