Assigning Approver User Licenses – Power Apps Per App Plan

To assign payment approver user licenses for the Power Apps per app plan, you will need to visit the Power Platform admin center.

1. Go to Power Platform Admin Center
   

2. In the left-hand navigation pane, expand Resources and select Capacity.
   

3. Click the Add-ons option on the Capacity page
   
   
   This will enable the Assign to an environment option on the Capacity page toolbar.
   

4. Click on the Assign to an environment option.
   
   You are now presented with the Manage add-ons pane. In this pane, you can assign all licenses purchased by entering the quantity in the App passes field.
