Microsoft requires all users of Power Apps to also be shared to the SQL connector. To share users to the SQL connector, follow the steps below.
- Click Connections on the left side navigation menu.

- Select the SQL Server connection from the list of connections and then click the ellipsis to the right of the connection.

- Select Share.

- Enter each approver’s name.

- Set the permission for each user to Can use.
- Save the updated settings.
