Click on the User Name of an Approver to highlight a row. Use the magnifying glass icon to choose a signature from the library.

Fields
| Field Name | Use of Field |
| User Name | Identifies all the users in the system. |
| Signature File Name | Identifies a signature file, if any was assigned to this Approver. |
