Test and Enable the Action Board

*To open the Action Board Setup window, go to the Mekorma Area Page > Setup > System > Action Board Setup

Test the Action Board

If you would like to test the payment process in the Action Board before going live in a production environment, you can do so by designating one or more companies as a test company.

1. Open the Action Board Setup window.

2. Mark the box in the column labeled Test Company.

3. Click OK.

*When testing the Action Board in this way, checks will print without a MICR line or signatures; EFT files will be in a test format that is not usable by the bank.

Enable/ Disable the Action Board per company

You can choose to enable or exclude a company from using the Action Board.

1. Open the Action Board Setup window.

2. To enable a company to use the Action Board, mark the box in the column labeled Enable for MMM for that company. Unmark the box to disable.

3. Click OK.
