- Applies only to Task-Based Security:
- When displaying transactions using the filter ‘By Batch’ in the Mekorma Approval List, only one batch was listed even when multiple batches needed approval.
- Users were receiving an unhandled database exception error when sorting the Mekorma Approval List by Batch Status.
- Applies only to Legacy Security:
- In the case that Activate Workflow was left unchecked in the Mekorma MICR Security Setup window: When clicking on the Mekorma Payment Batch Status List or Mekorma Payment Batches Pending Approval links, users would receive the error message: You don’t have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance. New updated message reads: You must mark the Activate Payables Workflow option on the Mekorma MICR Security screen to open the Mekorma Check/EFT Batches Pending Approval window.
- When secure approval workflow was enabled, Message #0 missing was displaying in the Status Message Detail report.
- Check format names automatically changed to all lowercase.
- Approver/Authorizer records of posted batches was disappearing from the Mekorma Audit Log after switching security models.
- Clicking Account Number or Routing Number in Mekorma Checkbook Setup window was causing dashes in the MICR line to disappear.
- The Print Blank Checks (US Payroll) window was checking the Payables Checkbook Setup configuration instead of the Payroll Checkbook Setup.
- Print Blank Checks functionality was only allowing users to print one check.
- Unhandled database exception error message appeared when sorting the Mekorma Approval List by Batch Status.

- The delete button on the Signature Assignment window now specifies which signature will be deleted.
- When closing the Mekorma Checkbook Setup window, the user is now prompted to save data.
- Checkbook security was prompting one password entry when two passwords are required as defined by security setup.

- Changed the error message in non-MEEP company utilities: when a user clicks on ePayment, message states “This company has not been configured for Enhanced ePayment.”
- If a user does not have access to a company in the ePayment Qualification window, the status now displays as “Unavailable” and they cannot select that company.
- Vendor information was not synchronizing with inactive EFT vendors.
- Eliminated the error message: “Could not refresh remote bank account” when opening the MEEP Configuration window.
- Create MEEP Security Roles and Tasks during Table Maintenance.
- Fixed incorrect distribution accounts for virtual card transactions.
- Batch ID on the New Payment window is defaulted with the Batch ID used for write-off.
- Users were receiving a duplicate check number message when printing a $0 check through ePayments.
- Non sa users cannot connect to the ePayment portal when the ODBC does not have the Server\Instance name.
- User without access to MEEP integration folder can’t send payments to ePayment portal.
- ePayments check/ACH payments were not showing on the Bank Reconciliation report.
- PDF copies were not being generated for each batch if batches were split.
- Known Issue Remains: If a new payment created for the MEEP VENDOR is voided in Dynamics GP, it will not update ePayment Payment window. This cannot be adjusted by creating a new payment again in the Vcard window, but designated users can create a manual payment for MEEP VENDOR within Dynamics GP.
