If using multiple email printers, each printer must have the same name in every company. This ensures seamless integration with cross-company processing.
Action Board relies on the printer names in the Printer Selection table (shared across companies). If the printer names differ between companies, printing may fail.
To prevent this, ensure all printers are named exactly the same in every company. This consistency enables Action Board to recognize and use the correct printer, regardless of the company you’re working in.
