Security for Payment Hub requires users to be granted access to Mekorma permission sets for each company. Permission sets control access to Payment Hub functionality, including Action Board and payment processing features.
Permission sets are installed with Mekorma products and are assigned from the User Card. The current Mekorma permissions are:
| Permission Set | Name | Extension Name | Permission Scope | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MEK PH MODULE ADMIN | MEK Payment Hub Module Admin | Mekorma Payment Hub | System | Grants access to Payment Hub functionality and controls cross-company visibility in Action Board. Assigned companies determine which company data users can view in Action Board. |
| MEK PERMISSION | MEK Registration Admin | Mekorma Registration App | System | Required for Mekorma Registration functionality. |
| *MEK RPS MODULE | MEK Remote Payment Services Admin | Mekorma Remote Payment Services | System | Conditional: Only required when using Mekorma Remote Payment Services. |
| *MEK ES MODULE | Mekorma Electronic Signatures | Mekorma Electronic Signatures | System | Conditional: Only required for legacy users on Electronic Signatures. |
| *ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES | Mekorma Electronic Signatures | Mekorma Electronic Signatures | Tenant | Conditional: Only required for legacy users on Electronic Signatures. |
Adding Mekorma permission sets
- From an admin account, go to Users.
- Open the User Card for the user you want to update.
- In the User Permission Sets table, click New Line.
- In the new cell, click the ellipsis (…) to open Permission Set Lookup.
- Search Mekorma.
- Select the Mekorma permission set to add.
- Click OK to close the lookup page.
- Back in the User Permission Sets table, you can assign the permission set to a specific company or leave it blank to allow access to all companies.
- Repeat these steps for each permission set you need to add.
In addition to the Mekorma permissions, users must also be granted access to Business Central’s standard AP permission sets to ensure full functionality of Business Central’s AP features.
