I am having trouble with my registration refreshing.
If your registration isn’t refreshing after signing up, or when you are renewing, there may be a connection issue between your Business Central ERP and our internal system.


Go to Extension Management > Mekorma Registration. Enable Allow HttpClient Requests. This establishes a communication link between Mekorma’s CRM and Business Central. After the registration, this switch can be disabled until the next registration update. If issues persist, contact Mekorma Support.
